How's Your Spidey Sense?

W wearing a Spiderman outfit for the occasion (thanks, Boves!) For art, I gave him cold spaghetti. He dipped it in glue and formed it into a spider web on waxed paper, then added glitter. Supposedly when it hardens, you peel it off the paper and can hang it up. (Blog post written before it hardened, so we'll see....)

During playtime, we made our own spider web out of string and chairs. Here's B posing under it. W's favorite part was destroying it!
After lunch, we read books, including
snack was spiders made out of peanut butter crackers, raisins (eyes) and pretzel sticks.

And of course, spider day would not be complete without the "Itsy Bitsy Spider" (video-sorry it is sideways)
