Story of Thanksgiving in Crafts

While you are enjoying God's many blessings on this holiday, enjoy the story of Thanksgiving told with some of our crafts! (Story adapted from here.)

A group called the pilgrims came to America so they could have a place to worship God like they wanted to. They sailed across the ocean on the Mayflower. The Mayflower landed at Plymouth Rock. (Ok, it doesn't look exactly like a rock, like it would have if I had followed the instructions instead of being a slacker and making it with premade sugar cookie dough. At least it has the date 1620 on it...) The Native Americans they met there taught the pilgrims how to grow and catch food. They planted corn, picked berries and caught fish. They hunted turkey. ( idea from here. Used colored tape for feathers. Filled bags with Thanksgiving Blessing Mix for W's friends.)They had a wonderful thanksgiving feast to celebrate how God had looked after them. (bingo dauber placemat)
The End.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!!

These are awesome, I'm so excited about this month now :) Is there a pattern for the pilgrim mask or did you just make it yourself?
