Election Day Errands and Eats

Election day was a busy one!
Voting, (I was in and out in 13 minutes!)
Grocery store (Reagan and Ryan are like, "Hey, I'm supposed to be driving this thing!)
 haircuts for the boys,
letting the little kids play in the mall play area (electronics time softens the blow of being too big to play),
some quick shopping (got their Christmas pajamas for next year!), then lunch with the Boves at the food court!
The Boves had pizza, W & B grabbed subway (ordered and paid all on their own), and I got a Great Steak Philly cheesesteak and fries (meh).

Back at home, we made two homemade hot chocolate recipes,
 and had a taste test!
Here's the winner:

2 1/2 cup Powdered Milk
2 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup Cocoa Powder
2 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Salt

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and pulse to blend together. (We just used a whisk.)
Store in airtight container.
Combine 1/3 cup mix with 3/4 cup of very hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add whipped topping or marshmallows if desired.

(That's the only winner we knew for sure, because even though E tried to stay up late, we didn't know who was president until the next morning.)
