Crockpot Sesame Chicken

Crockpot Sesame Chicken

1.5 to 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TB dried minced onions
2 TB Ketchup
1 TB rice wine vinegar
1 TB sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tsp corn starch, dissolved in 3 TB water
Sesame seeds
optional- red pepper flakes

Put whole chicken in the crockpot. Add honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, vinegar and garlic. Stir. Cook on low 2.5-3 hours or high 1-2 hours (just until chicken is cooked through).
Remove chicken from crock pot , leave sauce. Dissolve corn starch in water and stir into crock pot. Replace lid and cook on high for ten minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and return to crock pot.
Serve over rice (or broccoli if you realize at the last minute that you don't have any rice)
and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Add red pepper flakes if you would like some heat!
